We would like to confirm that all activities of CMA CGM Latvia are operational and that we are able to support and serve our customers on a regular basis, while complying with all directives issued by the Government.
The CMA CGM Group is committed to ensuring health protection of our staff, customers and partners while ensuring business efficiency.
Therefore, as from Monday, March 16 most of our staff in Riga will work from home.
We will keep the key-staff in the office within normal working hours to support the daily activities, however, we will restrict customers visits.
We kindly ask you to plan your visit to our office on Thursday and Friday between 09:00 and 13:00
Outside these hours documents can be left at our post box at the office building lobby – pls, send a message to warn us about it.
At these challenging times, we ask your cooperation and we would like to encourage you to make use to the largest extent possible of the numerous e-business opportunities CMA CGM can offer such as:
- Home Printing of BLs
- Using E-Originals
- Apply E-delivery at those ports where such functions exist
