Please be advised to upload Shipping Bill for feeder vsl. M. V. XIN TIAN JIN VOYAGE 104 as per cut off time.

M. V. XIN TIAN JIN VOYAGE 104 ETA CHENNAI 03/2/2026 & ETD CHENNAI 05/2/2026 (Transhipment HUB: Singapore)
Shipping bill with LEO containing PCIN to be uploaded in ODEX for issuance of Form13. DPE bills are exempted and they have to be uploaded post customs clearance is completed inside the terminal for release of containers.
NOTE
(1)Kindly Upload the Shipping Bill in odex before Shipping bill cut off time after verification of Shipping bill by Operations Team Container will be Released for Loading,Failure of Submission of Shipping bill container will be shut from the planned vessel (Storage/Demurrage/Crossing charges will be invoiced to booking party)
(2)For Direct Port Entry Clearance,We request you to Submit the Shipping bill copy to terminal doc office before the Vessel berthing and get the Release confirmation from Terminal doc office in order to proceed with loading failing which container will be shut from the planned vessel.

As we have to file the PRE EDI-with custom before vessel berthing. Please upload the shipping bill copy in ODeX along with CFS tally sheet. If the above not submitted on time we are forced to shut out the container
